a mixed experience at this hotel

slow elevators dirty stairs
the elevators caused some significant delays. waiting for a lift in a building with 26 floors and only two elevators was a real test of patience. one morning, a elevator broke down, and i had to walk down from the 14th floor using stairs. those stairs exited directly onto the street instead of the lobby and it was far from clean. it made me think about accessibility for anyone who couldn't use the stairs. in addition, i wanted to pay in cash, but i was told i couldn't, though this restriction isn't listed in the hotel's policies.
